Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 15 days (25% on baskets).
After 15 days, returns will be accepted at Vendome Beverly Hills’s discretion only.

All future sales are final.
The original shipping, handling and freight charges are not refundable.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

Damaged/faulty product
If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery.
If you have accepted delivery of your order, please, contact Vendome Beverly Hills’s Customer Service (customerservice@venodomestore.com or 310.276.9463) before returning product.
We will assist you to make returns and exchanges as stress free as possible.
Normally, we will have a shipping company pick up the product, and upon receipt of the return Vendome will ship out a replacement or issue a credit.
